Data We Collect
We collect data necessary to provide role automation and management features.
Server-Level Data
- Server ID — Discord’s unique identifier for your server
- Role IDs — Identifiers for configured roles (join roles, tag role, connected roles, age roles, timed roles, reaction roles, custom role config)
- Channel IDs — Identifiers for custom channel categories and reaction role messages
- Message IDs — Identifiers for messages with reaction roles configured
- Configuration settings — Feature toggles, sharing preferences, prefixes
User-Level Data
- User ID — Discord’s numeric identifier (not username)
- Role assignments — Custom role ID linked to user, shared role records
- Channel ownership — Custom channel IDs linked to user
- Scheduled role data — Temporary role, age role, and timed role expiration timestamps
What We DO NOT Collect
- Message content or text
- Usernames, display names, or discriminators
- Profile pictures or avatars
- Direct messages or private channels
- Email addresses or personal contact info
- IP addresses or device information
How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Role automation — Assigning and removing roles based on configured triggers
- Custom roles — Creating and managing personalized roles for members
- Custom channels — Creating and managing private channels for members
- Reaction roles — Tracking emoji-role mappings for self-service role assignment
- Scheduled operations — Processing temporary, age, and timed role expirations
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
Data Retention
- Server configuration — Retained until the Bot is removed from the server
- User role/channel data — Retained while the member is in the server; deleted when the member leaves
- Temporary role data — Deleted after the role expires and is removed
Data Security
- Data stored in secure MongoDB databases with TLS encryption
- No public API exposes raw user data
- Database access restricted to authorized personnel only
- Rate limiting protects against abuse
Your Rights & Choices
Automatic Cleanup
- All user data (custom roles, custom channels, scheduled roles) is automatically deleted when you leave a server
- Custom roles are removed when you lose the required role
- Custom channels are removed when you lose all required roles
Server Administrator Controls
- Configure which features are enabled via
/autoroles,/customrole config,/customchannels config - Remove all configurations at any time
Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, join our Support Server and contact staff. Requests processed within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
The Bot follows Discord’s Terms of Service requiring users to be 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
